Please be aware this is a non-transactional website and any products and prices shown on this website refer to products in our store in Croydon.

Lyons acts as a credit broker, not a lender, and offers credit products from V12 Retail Finance. Lyons, as part of Beaverbrooks, is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under FRN 672561. Credit is subject to age and status. Terms and conditions apply.

We take care and time to try and ensure our website is as accurate as possible, both in terms of prices displayed and description of products and services. All measurements displayed are approximate and any errors will be wholly unintentional.

Permission is given to all purchasers to electronically copy and print sections of this site for personal non-commercial use only and for the sole purpose of using this website. Any other use, without the written permission of Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd, is strictly prohibited.


Prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT.

We take care to ensure all pricing is correct at the time of publication, but we reserve the right to reject an order if there has been an error in the price advertised at time of order.

Finance options

We’re able to offer you finance options in our showroom in Croydon, available across our luxury watch, diamond and jewellery collections.

Finance is provided by V12 finance who provide 0% interest free credit on purchases of £350 and over.

We can offer you the option of paying by interest free credit with terms over 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 or 48 months. The table below shows examples of minimum spend and deposit amounts.

We also offer credit options with a fixed interest rate of 9.9% APR, available on selected items and brands where interest free credit isn’t available, such as Rolex watches.

Our guarantee to you

We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured at one of our Lyons stores. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.

Please be advised that if you have your item altered, repaired, or adjusted by another jeweller or company, then this will invalidate your guarantee and render it void. To protect the guarantee, all work must be carried out by Lyons (or a third party company working on behalf of Lyons).

Complaints Policy

We always strive to make our customers’ experiences as enjoyable as possible. But, if you are not entirely happy with your recent experience, and would like to register a complaint, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within seven days, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution. If we are unable to provide you with a final response within seven days, we will send you a letter explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.


We hope you’ll love your diamond, jewellery or watch from Lyons forever. However, on the rare occasion it isn’t right, please call us instore and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Lyons but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any treatments to gemstones sold by Beaverbrooks are common to the Gem and Jewellery trade worldwide and are of a permanent nature. All our gemstones, such as ruby, emeralds, sapphire, amethyst, opal and aquamarine, are natural gemstones and have not been created in a laboratory. Any synthetic versions of gemstones which we sell are clearly identified / described as synthetic, ie, Morganite.

Please note the colour of our gemstone products may vary slightly to the colour of the image, due to the nature of the product.
