Our standard returns policy is 30 days. Our returns policy has been extended for Christmas gifting, so for purchases made from 25th October, you have until 10th January to return unworn items to us.
Due to tier 4 restrictions currently in place, we are unable to accept returns in-store at this time. If this means you are unable to return your items within the usual timeframes, we’ll happily accept your return when we re-open.
We hope you’ll love your diamond, jewellery or watch from Lyons. However, if it isn’t 100% right, we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange within 30 days.
To do this, you’ll need to go to either our Croydon or Milton Keynes store, with the item in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds on:

- Special orders
- Gift Cards
