We hope you’ll love your diamond, jewellery or watch from Lyons. However, if it isn’t 100% right, we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange within 30 days.
To do this, you’ll need to go to our Croydon store, with the item in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
This excludes Rolex items. We will be happy to exchange or refund your Rolex purchase if returned within 7 days, providing it is returned unworn, in its original condition and with a valid receipt.
