Following the government’s latest announcement, our showrooms in Croydon and Milton Keynes will be closed from Sunday 20th December.

You can still get in touch with us directly and we’re still here for orders and collections, so you can still make those special purchases.

Alternatively, you can use our Click & Collect service and collect your item from one of our showrooms.

We are offering a special Click & Collect service at our two showrooms, so you can place an order via virtual appointment and safely collect your order at one of our showrooms.


Frequently asked questions

Can I return an item to store?

Our two showrooms in Croydon and Milton Keynes are temporarily closed from Sunday 20th December.

Our standard returns policy is 30 days. Our returns policy has been extended for Christmas gifting, so for purchases made from 25th October, you have until 10th January to return unworn items to us.

Due to tier 4 restrictions currently in place, we are unable to accept returns in-store at this time. If this means you are unable to return your items within the usual timeframes, we’ll happily accept your return when we re-open.

When will your showrooms reopen?

We will be monitoring the latest government announcements and will update once we have more information.

Can I still place an order and get it in time for Christmas?

Yes, we are still here to help you get ready for the festive season. You can place an order with us via a virtual appointment, over the phone or over email.
